Autocompletion (Bash)

To enable Bash completion on Ubuntu comment out lines in ~/.bashrc

• /usr/share/bash-completion/completions
• /usr/share/bash-completion/completions/ssh

Installation:

• brew install bash-completion
• apt install bash-completion

source <(kubectl completion bash) # setup autocomplete in bash into the current shell, bash-completion package should be installed first.
echo "source <(kubectl completion bash)" >> ~/.bashrc # add autocomplete permanently to your bash shell.

apt install bash-completion

bash-completion is already the newest version (1:2.8-1ubuntu1).
bash-completion set to manually installed.
