YAML (YAML Ain't Markup Language) (2001) is a human-readable data serialization language.

Basic YAML file example with one record:

# An employee record
martin_smith:
    name: Martin Smith
    job: Developer
    skill: Elite

Basic YAML file example with two record:

# My employee records
# An employee record
- martin_smith:
    name: Martin Smith
    job: Developer
    skill: Elite

# An employee record
- Thomas_Edisson:
    name: Tomas Eddison
    job: Developer
    skill: Basic
